Branded Calling ID™ (BCID) is an industry-adopted, CTIA-governed framework that enables trusted, secure, and authenticated branded calls for businesses. By integrating with STIR/SHAKEN, BCID ensures that verified enterprises can display their brand name, number, call reason, and Rich Call Data (RCD) logo directly on consumer handsets.

The next generation solution of Branded Calling ID delivers vetted and authentic identifying information with the addition of call reason and RCD logo. As a result, Branded Calling ID delivers more authentic and trustworthy calls with familiar branding that increases answer rates.
